There is a slogan by Nike on all of their merchandise which reads 'Just do it" I was reminded of it when watching the golf this year ( and no this has nothing to do with Tiger Woods!) and it has stayed with me.Some people are impulsive but if you are like me you think about things,turn them over, pray about them and then sometimes leave them aside fora while until the way becomes clear. It is I believe, good to wait for answers but at times I think answers can be staring us in the face and we choose not to see them.

 

Why? Well for very human reasons fear of failing, fear of getting it wrong, fear of taking a risk but if we have prayed about this and it seems to be the right thing then maybe we just need to step out of the boat as Peter did , keep our eyes fixed on Jesus and "just do it"

 

Again and again the bible reminds us that God is faithful, that he keeps his promise and however scared we will be he will not let us down.
