This morning I made the journey to school through a thick blanket of fog, and yet now a few hours later it has completely cleared and the sun is shining through, and all we had to do was wait.

 

I can sometimes get in a fog, over decisions or things to do or worries and no matter how much I pray or read or think about it there are no answers. Yesterday was one such day, so foggy in fact that for the first time in a ,long time, I couldn't think of a single thought to write, after sitting staring at the screen for some time I gave up and just did something completely different. Today it all seems clearer, and all I had to do was wait.

 

God doesn't give us instant answers, sometimes we need the fog to give us time to think things through, sometimes we need a break and to switch off completely, but in his time, I have found that answers do come.
