This week we have just had Sky installed , and as the engineer explained how we should use it, he showed us how we can pause "live time". Now I found this very exciting and hard to conceptualise, the idea of pausing life and being able to hold it at that point until I was ready to resume watching.

Wouldn't you love sometimes to be able to pause real time in the day today. To stop before you said that thing, to stop before you spent that money, to stop before you lost your temper. What a great device it would be.

James warns us of the danger of letting our mouths run away with us,maybe its worth just building in a short pause  and taking live time to consider whether that is really what we want to say.
