It doesn't take much does it to brighten someone's day. Just anencouraging remark, or a well placed compliment can turn things aroundfor someone, while equally a moan or a critisism may well send someonespiraling downwards.

I love the analogy in James that by pulling on the bit of a horse wecan determine its direction, so too it is with our remarks, so how willwe use the powers of speech today, to lift or to squash?
